Michael and Rhianon lead a developing social enterprise. Capacity Vietnam is working with local and international partners to deliver support and future resources for individuals and communities, building technical skills and capacities of those people to create change for themselves. Vocational and English training, Leadership and LifeSkills programs will positively impact vulnerable communities.

Based in Northern Samar, Philippines, Phillip has worked among the Waray un-reached people group for the past nine years. His primary focus is to train and equip local leaders and pastor with Bible education to enhance their ministry in the region. Philip also facilitates team ministry trips from supporting churches in Australia.

2022 led Ps. Sergio & Siobhan and their two beautiful girls back to their beloved South America after serving and pastoring for two years at Capital Edge Church Canberra. After seeking God for their mission, and conversing with Ps. Jon (Senior Pastor) and the team, they feel that God has led them to Punta del Este to serve the people in creating a community of discipleship by planting a church.

In line with the vision of our church, their aim is to invite and disciple people on their journey of knowing God, becoming like Jesus, and making a difference.

In addition to this, they will also continue advocating on the issue of human trafficking.
