The Capital Edge Community Care Hub is a local outreach arm of the church that aims to serve the community by giving practical help to the vulnerable and disadvantaged.
NATIONAL MISSION

FITZROY CROSSING - W.A - Ps. Warren & Sheena Luscombe
Ps Warren and Sheena have been in the Kimberly region for 22 years and working with the Fitzroy Crossing Aboriginal Outreach church for 17 years. In addition to their responsibilities at Fitzroy Crossing, they assist a number of indigenous pastors in communities around that area. They also pastor the church at Derby which is a 2.5 hour drive from Fitzroy Crossing. After the morning service in Fitzroy Crossing they drive the 2.5 hours to Derby and lead the evening service there. Being a pastor at Fitzroy Crossing is more than just running church services – you need to be a car and bus mechanic, a refrigeration mechanic and anything else that your church members require. They have a passion for saving souls and raising up indigenous leaders.

KUNUNURRA - W.A - Ps. Brett & Val Durant
Ps. Brett and Val have been pastoring the indigenous church at Kununurra for more than 10 years. The church is known as Living Waters Kununurra and they have their own Facebook page to promote their work there. Ps Brett has a wonderful ministry to the aboriginal men in Kununurra and the surrounding areas and Val has been able to grow the women’s ministry there. Both Brett and Val know that building relationships will build God’s Kingdom. They also work with the other churches in Kununurra as they seek to reach the lost in that area.
INTERNATIONAL MISSION

VIETNAM - MICHAEL & RHIANON WALLS
Michael and Rhianon lead a developing social enterprise. Capacity Vietnam is working with local and international partners to deliver support and future resources for individuals and communities, building technical skills and capacities of those people to create change for themselves. Vocational and English training, Leadership and LifeSkills programs will positively impact vulnerable communities.

SOUTH EAST ASIA
In South East Asia we are working with Pentecostal churches and Christian leaders to prepare emerging pastors and church planters, as well as teaching in two different Bible Colleges.

SOUTH AMERICA - THE REINHARDS
2022 led Ps. Sergio & Siobhan and their two beautiful girls back to their beloved South America after serving and pastoring for two years at Capital Edge Church Canberra. After seeking God for their mission, and conversing with Ps. Jon (Senior Pastor) and the team, they feel that God has led them to Punta del Este to serve the people in creating a community of discipleship by planting a church.
In line with the vision of our church, their aim is to invite and disciple people on their journey of knowing God, becoming like Jesus, and making a difference.
In addition to this, they will also continue advocating on the issue of human trafficking.
