This May, Seniors with an Edge welcomes Lauren Ford, General Manager of the Heart Foundation ACT.

With over 15 years of experience Lauren will be sharing easy, everyday tips for looking after your heart, talk through common questions about heart health as we age, and offer simple ideas you can actually use in daily life.

Morning tea will be provided, making it a great chance to enjoy good company while picking up some helpful advice.
